I guess yours are grated finer and I couldn't tell what kind.

Oh I'm so happy you tried it Cindy, yes I use spring onions too and the longer it refrigerate's the better it taste.

Oh and BTW...once it sa in the refrigt and blended together more (marinated) it did get soupier like hers.

I already had 'green onions' so I didn't buy another kind. I'm not sure what kind she used buy I don't think by looking at it that it was the green onions.

Also I did not shred/grate it as fine as she did...next time I will try that. But we like the crunch of it being a bit more diced than grated.

You'll want to make it again and again when you try it.
