What a fantastic critique of my Simply Pork Chops and Gravy recipe Nancy! I am so very pleased and appreciate your comments. I love that you put the chop and gravy on toast and the mushrooms were a great addition too. I will do this the next time that I make it so thanks for the idea! One thing that is super about this recipe is you can make just one or enough for an army, lol! Thanks again Nancy and Hugs :)

I only had 1 chop, & I will put it and the gravy on toast..
I added a small can of chopped mushrooms.
Makes a great lunch.
Next time I will make 4 chops........YUMMY!!
