We made this first batch a little flatter by knocking the pan on the counter before baking but next time we're going to let them be because they are so light and tender that we don't have to worry about being too chewy.
Biscuits right out of the oven. Oh, the smell! We burnt our fingers trying to get that first bite into our mouths! And then a second one ~ just to make sure. Yup. It's really that good!
