This is the slab of ribs that I made. I cut it in half for ease of handling. Poured the cup of hot water over them. Now to mix the BBQ sauce ingredients together. 2/20/13 The date I made them.
My dinner....half a rack of baby back ribs using Nancy Patrykus' recipe. YUMMY! Served it up with a baked potato and a garlic bread roll. I am stuffed with yumminess!
