I finally decided to make this again for a birthday. It tastes amazing, but is a lot of work.
Cakes In Progress. I Made A Double Batch, So You Can See The Second Cake In The Background. The Orange Taffy Has Just Been Spread On Top. The Taffy Is Really Tasty On The Cake, With Its Strong Orange Tang.
