They look great but in Maryland our fresh local crab meat is $35 a lb for lump. No way I am going to take a chance and ruin the delicate flavor of crab. If it was some third world foreign crab meat then why not. Don't get me wrong. I love bacon but I love the flavor of our Chesapeake Bay crab more and the bacon would take that away.
