I just love crab cakes. Add bacon to them?! Wow ... crab cakes just went to a whole new level.
I didn't see it mentioned, so I added the bacon to this at the same time I added the crab meat. Came out wonderful! The Test Kitchen
How to Make Bacon Crab Cakes
- 1heat oil in large skillet.
- 2Mix together mix, mustard, mayo egg and dill. fold in crab and bacon.
- 3form 8 equal patties.
- 4oil should be hot - Make sure the oil covers halfway up the patty.
- 5fry patties over medium heat for about 9 minutes on the first side and 7 on the other side. I set mine on a paper towels to drain for a few moments before serving.
