I Took A Picture Of The Spinach Strawberry Salad That I Made This Afternoon, But Before Adding The Homemade Strawberry Dressing To It. This Is Dee's Delicious Spinach Strawberry Salad And It Is Definitely Going To Be A Real Keeper For Me. I Also Did A Calorie Count Of All The Ingredients, And From My Calculations, For One And Half Cup, It Is Approximately 180 Calories, Which In My Opinion, Is Good, Because One And A Half Cups Is Generous. I Love This Salad Dee...thank You For Sharing It With Us..it Is Sooo Delicious! :-)

I took a picture of the Spinach Strawberry Salad that I made this afternoon, but before adding the homemade Strawberry dressing to it. This is Dee's delicious Spinach Strawberry Salad and it is definitely going to be a real keeper for me. I also did a calorie count of all the ingredients, and from my calculations, for one and half cup, it is approximately 180 calories, which in my opinion, is good, because one and a half cups is generous. I love this salad Dee...thank you for sharing it with us..it is sooo delicious! :-)

Thank you Sherri...it turned out sooo delicious..I love this salad, and feel it is very healthy due to all the spinach and strawberries...also is low in fats and calories too, great for dieting! Ty!
