I Used Canned Mangoes In This Because I Didn't Have Peaches On Hand. I'm Sure The Recipe Would Work Well With Any Fruit. The Flavor Was Awesome!

The Darkness On Top Is Because I Sprinkled It With Cinnamon Sugar Before Baking - Something I Always Do With A Cobbler. I'm Sure It Would Be Just As Good Without It, Though.

I added 1 tsp vanilla and sprinkled cinnamon to my taste on top. It is very sweet...you could cut back on the sugar added and add more bread I did that the second time I made this.
