When I Made These Cookies, I Used One Of Those Pampered Chef Cookie Scoops. The Smaller Cookie Scoop To Be Exact. It Was The Tablespoon Size Cookie Scoop. I Was Able To Make 45 Cookies. Each Cookie Was Between 2 To 2-1/4 Inch In Size.

When I made these cookies, I used one of those Pampered Chef Cookie Scoops. The smaller cookie scoop to be exact. It was the Tablespoon size cookie scoop. I was able to make 45 cookies. Each cookie was between 2 to 2-1/4 inch in size.
