I'm definitely going to try this recipe. I have been trying for years to duplicate my grandmother's sweet potato pie I feel is the best ever made. My girlfriend mother makes a good one also however my grandmother pie I can't explain had a taste I never found in anyone else's. I've tried so many different things to try to get close. My grandmother grew up in the south back in time and I'm sure she used simple ingredients. I think the sour cream will make a difference especially with the texture. I'm glad I found this recipe,
