I made this delicious taco lasagna recipe for dinner on January 22, 2011..myself, two sons, and husband loved it! It is delicious with a side salad and adding a dollop of sour cream on top of each slice. Thank you Bonnie for sharing this recipe.
I bet it still tasted good even without the parsley added to it. One of the things I like about this recipe is having leftovers the next day. I usually make two or three batches of it so we have more the next day, since one batch is not enough!
