Jennifer, thanks for the kind words. I agree with you about Mississippi cooks (as well as Louisiana cooks, where I'm from originally) being some of the best around. Funny thing about my sisters and I ... when we were growing up, Mom didn't let us help her in the kitchen. She was one of those cooks who thought she cooked better without a lot of extra hands in the kitchen. We must have learned how to cook simply by watching her. Whatever her teaching method, we certainly benefitted from it ... we all love to cook for family and friends!

Debbie I've read several of your recipes and I am so impressed with your know how, you definitly know your stuff! It maybe because you are from Mississippi and most Mississippians are the best cooks in the country, trust me, I've been around!
