If you are not lactose intolerant; Cup 4 Cup gluten free flour works best, & using a cup of cream warmed to lukewarm by heating in microwave 40 seconds. I saw a Pillsbury Gluten Free baking mix that has xanthan gum added & is dairy free. King Arthur's Gluten Free baking mix, & Bella work well also. I use half a cup of coconut oil, & 6 tablespoons of organic cane sugar.
I edited the recipe to include 3 teaspoons of xanthum gum. Not all gluten free mixes include it in ingredients & it is needed to hold the flour together in the sweet roll.
