Instructions For Using A Gallon Of Ultra-pasteurized Milk Or Ultra-pasteurized Half & Half.  On Sauté Mode Heat 10 Min To 96°f.  Press Cancel.  Let Residual Heat Bring Up To 108°f.  Stir In Starter.  Incubate Yogurt “normal” Setting 24 Hrs.
