Instructions for using a gallon of Ultra-pasteurized milk or Ultra-pasteurized Half & Half. On sauté mode heat 10 min to 96°F. Press cancel. Let residual heat bring up to 108°F. Stir in starter. Incubate Yogurt “normal” setting 24 hrs.
