Thank You Rose! It did take it over the top!!! I made 3 kinds of banana bread today, this recipe and 2 of mine, as I bought 5# of black bananas lol My kids had been begging for banana bread so now, they have 12 little loaves to take home with them! lol Glad it freezes well!!! :o)
