creamy banana bread
I have been making this for years and everyone loves it. I have made it as a loaf or as muffins for the kids to take on the bus. Hope you enjoy it as much as we have!

Ingredients
- BATTER MIX
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup banana,mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- TOPPING
- 3/4 cup pecans, in pieces
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
How To Make creamy banana bread

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 350. Cream together the Butter and cream cheese until smooth.

Step 2Gradually add sugar. Beat until fluffy.

Step 3Add one egg at a time. Stir in bananas and vanilla.

Step 4Add flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and mix until moist. If you want to change it up a bit add some mini chocolate chips to your liking.

Step 5Mix the topping ingredients.

Step 6you can decide what you want to use..either muffin tins..9x13 baking dish or a bundt pan. Spray the pan with oil and pour the batter in. Sprinkle with the topping mix. Bake for 45 minutes. Check with a toothpick
