This was so flavorful, just loved it!!! I made this using chicken quarters and marinated them just shy of 2 hours, as DH went and got them around 4 pm from the store. I served this with a Brazilian Rice and corn on the cob for a great dinner. Thanks for sharing the recipe, one I will make often. Made for the 2014 Culinary Quest.
