Thanks Lori ;o) Its a Great Bread.. Seal it with Cling Wrap to keep it moist and store it in the Fridge its even better after a day or two. Also, I have one more Trick up my sleeve Lol after you take it out the oven get a cup of warm water and dip a pastry brush in the water and brush the top of the bread, do this a couple of times it adds a nice glisten and makes a yummy moist topping that we always pick off our muffins. I do this with all my Sweet Quick Breads.. Its been Tried and Confirmed a Great Technique for me!!
