Photos of Mexican Cinnamon Cookies
I work as an assistant cook at a retreat and conference center here in Texas. I like to make these cookies in different shapes. Boots, cactus, cowboy hats etc. It's fun and everyone likes them.
This was dessert for a Father/Daughter event just after Valentines Day. Fun!
