We do not have a Costco anywhere around BUT our groceries do carry BlueBell Ice Cream.

Oh yes, Blue Bell Vanilla ice cream on top of this Peach Cobbler is fantastic... "BlueBell, the best ice cream in the country" so says the BlueBell singing cow on the commercial.
'cept I do love Costco's Kirkland vanilla ice cream too and Costco is easier to get than Texas BlueBell unless you live here.
enjoy it ladies...... can't beat a good old fashion homemade cobbler no matter what fruit you make it with. Peach & Blackberry are my personal favorites.......... ENJOY

We Texans are spoiled by the normally abundance of Fredericksburg Peaches. They're a "staple" in my freezer all year long.
