This picture looks like it is meringue on top..did you make this, the reason I ask is you didn't share how to do the mergingue in the recipe, how long to keep in oven etc...

I make all kinds of cupcakes..and I do just about every flavor and assortment, these look wonderful. I love a light lemon flavor for a dessert. Thanks for sharing.
