I think one just spread the coconut on top of the meringue and did not put it in the oven to "brown". The other I think did the coconut on top, then spread on the meringue and browned the meringue in the oven. They both look super good and the idea of pineapple by Charleen sounds good too. Nice springtime dessert!

I have the same question as Debbie Clary. It doesn't look like the same cheesecake. I would certainly like to know what to expect. They both look yummy!

This looks absolutely scrumptious! Just curious, though ... there are two pictures but one does not look like the other. Which can I expect, the single slice or the whole cheesecake? Congrates on the blue.
