I Made It Yesterday (no Onion Nor Jalapeño As I Didn't Have Any), And It Was/is Delicious! My Wife And I Love It! It Made A Lot Though, So We Froze Some Of It In Flat Freezer Bags (easier To Thaw). It Did Go Awesomely With Cod And Rice And Gold Potatoes!

I made it yesterday (no onion nor jalapeño as I didn't have any), and it was/is delicious! My wife and I love it! It made a lot though, so we froze some of it in flat freezer bags (easier to thaw). It did go awesomely with cod and rice and gold potatoes!
