Ok so I was wondering if after you mix the cream cheese, sugar, etc., if you mix the 1 cup you take out with the pumpkin part and put the rest in the bottom of the pie or vice Versa? I would think if you just mix the 1 c of cream cheese mixture with the pumpkin and etc, you would have better, more defined layers? Any idea?
