Terrie...unfortunately, no...making a turduckin is way beyond us...I think I mention in the recipe description where we order ours. We've been using the same butcher in New Orleans forever...this is one of those dishes that you should order...no, you cook it and do the rest so no guilt just pleasure!!! enjoy!
