First batch of meatballs in the pan. I rolled the balls and put them in the pan as I went. Next time I'll roll them all onto a platter and then fry them. Won't be as time consuming that way. 10/25/12
These turned out great! I was actually a little skeptical due to the use of seasoned bread crumbs since all I had was Italian ones, and the worcestershire sauce in the gravy, but this is a keeper! My daughter is a meatball fan; so between her, her boyfriend, myself, and a 2 year old, we ate well over half of the meatballs. Will make again!
