Not burnt - just the soy sauce & 3 hours of cooking. 300 degrees for an hour & 1/2, then covered for the last hour & 1/2. It was super tender & falling off the bone, but was starting to have a mushy texture. I'll cook less next time. Tasted great :-)

I cooked my wingettes for an hour at 350 .. Turned then half way and drizzled honey on them ...
For the last 15 minutes I flipped them over.. Added more honey .. And increased the temp to 400.
For an additional 3 minutes lol I broiled them to add a little crisp .
They were perfect crispy and tender !!
