Ok, I'm probably the most stupid 'cook' that's ever responded to a recipe, but, I have to ask because it's not spelled out for me, do you cook the sausage before adding it to this recipe, or does it all cook together? I'm assuming you cook it beforehand, or it will make the whole recipe greasy and fatty?
