It has taken me a few years to perfect this recipe. I always make these when i have overnight guest. They are always a big hit.

  • 1 lb
    jimmy dean sausage
  • 3 c
  • 1 lb
    cheddar cheese, shredded (approx 4 cups)
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    soy sauce

How to Make Breakfast Sausage Balls


  1. Preheat oven 350
  2. Mix all ingredients togather..easier if you just use your hands
  3. form 1 inch balls and place on an ungreesed cookie sheet bake 15-20 min @ 350
