I Loved This Recipe. I Added One Egg, Some Chili Oil, And A Bit More Sesame Oil To The Ground Pork Mixture. I Think It Added A Lot Of Flavor And The Meatballs Were Very Moist. Then I Stir Fried Some Veggies In Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Chili Oil, And A Little Of Mr Yoshida's Sauce.

And, Adella I did toast the sesame seeds in the oven at 350 for 7-10 minutes and added them to the rice as the recipe indicates. Was a nice addition to the rice. (The rice is a boxed mix I bought at the grocery store and the ginger sasame sauce is actually a marinade I also bought at the store which I love the flavor of.) Sorry, I forgot you wanted my details so I did want to add them for you! I hope you enjoy as much as we did!

Adella, yes they were very yummy! I followed the above posted recipe except I sauteed the water chestnuts and scallions and added sauteed garlic before adding all to the ground turkey. After cooking the meatballs I added ginger sesame sauce to them and served them over garlic basil coconut jasmine rice. The flavors were wonderful together! This is so easy to make!

Ruth, was this as delicious as it looks? What did you do? I'm not very comfortable with cooking Chinese, so please, don't spare the details.
