They reminded me of these campbellskitchen.com/...cipeid=60898 except these are fried in a skillet. The baked ones are 'healthier'

Yes, I made them several months ago, a friend sent the recipe to me, along with the pic...but I do not know where she got it. Probably FB as she is on there and I'm not.
