So easy and oh so good. I got this recipe off of FB and I give credit to Rosa (no last name listed). they are easy, fast and fun to make. The recipe name fits the taste perfectly. These are great for a party, brunch, pot luck or just a great dessert after dinner. You won't be able to eat just one so watch out.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces loaf of white bread
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
  • 1 cup melted butter

How To Make crack sticks by rosa

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350F
  • Step 2
    Cut of crusts of bread. Combine cream cheese and sugar till combined. In a bowl combine cinnamon and sugar. Melt butter in a bowl in the microwave.
  • Step 3
    Roll out each piece of bread with a rolling pin. Spread about a tbsp of cream chesse mixture on bread. Roll up, jelly roll style. Dip in butter and roll in sugar.
  • Step 4
    Place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 30min or until crispy.
