Isn't this a Pretty roll, well I kept rolling with my buttered hands until I actually had two rolls, Next time I will roll these in Chopped Pecans. I love the Look of the Rolled in Pecans. Note: My Logs are about 2 " round by 18" long ea. This recipe makes 2 logs of that size for me. You can make yours how ever long and big as you desire. That will depend on how many slices you get also. Hope you will try these, Amazing how well these turned out.

As you can see I used "Eagle Brand Condensed Milk", and Just pour it into the Crumbs and Pecans. Remember to save 1 Cup of Crumbs to Roll the Log in later. You can also Save 1 1/2 C of you pecans and roll the Rolls into the Pecans. NOTE: . . OOPS . . I didn't gather all my Ingredients first before Starting and I know better, How many times have I preached this?? When making these, for the Pictures, I honestly ran out of Pecans, I Only had one cup, So what do I do Now? . . . I make due with the Cashews I had on hand, I chopped them into small pieces and added them with the Pecans to make my 3 Cups of Nuts. Delima Fixed, and worked just as well.
