Melanie, Nice to See You trying and Experimenting.

I always write on a tag and Place on the Jars, as to what I do If something is Different, So if it turns out I can remember what I did to make them So good.

I did one jar in wedges. I also added pickling spices to 2 of the jars. It was fun trying out pickling. I also made some pickled peppers, so the guys at work can try them out.

Melanie, They Look Pretty Good, But, I see You sliced them in Slices, We always did them in Long Sliced wedges, like in the Store Deli.
That's why they are Not as Crispy I'll bet. . . . all brine and Little of the Firm Pickle.
