I would also need to cut it back, to about 1/4 of the size. I just posted it how it was in the cookbook. It is a little bit of a challenge to convert from metric to US measurement!

Would you have the smaller version for serving this recipe (12 - 20 pieces), 40 people would be too much, but I'd love to try it.
