Easy cake. I made it this morning before work and everyone loved it! and yes, the batter was thick but it turned out nice and moist!

Made this last night and it was wonderful! The batter is thick, but it worked out just fine. Reminded me of a lemon poppy seed cake my mom would make. Very yummy.

Lemon and cinnamon are a great combo but I am wondering if you could add blueberries. I love the taste of lemon and blueberries. Have you every tried added fruit to this cake? Can't wait to try this!

This sounds really refreshing. I think zesting a little orange along with the lemon zest would work well. It would be great with a cup of coffee.
