Thanks Bonnie, that is good to know. But knowing my hubby It may not last that long.....HA! As for me I will most likely eat just a half cup and be very full!
And by doing half of the recipe, you will have enough left over for the next morning. I wrap it tightly in tin foil and refrigerate, then put in the oven to heat up at 300 degrees. Stays nice an moist that way.
