These are Awesome Russian Zucchini Pancakes Bethie. They were great, fragile and tender and full of flavor. I enjoyed them very much. Made exactly as written, and wouldn't change a thing. Served them with a combo of mayonnaise and chimichurri sauce as I was out of sour cream. They made a great lunch. Thanks for sharing. Made for Culinary Quest - Russia.
