It was good but just the regular rotell was still a little spicy for me. I'll probably make again but may cut back on as much to tel. Wonderful with cornbread.

Made this for NY Day because I definitely need some luck and prosperity in 2015. Anyway, I added sliced smoked sausage and served it with sour cream and marbled rye bread. It tastes even better today!
