You are welcome Dana, also, I can't blame your husband for asking for it again, since it is delicious! I have posted a picture after preparing this recipe also. Also, I added mushrooms, as you mentioned, and it was delicious with mushrooms! Thank you Dana!

Thank you Dana...it looks so good in the picture, and made me very hungry! I just came back from the grocery store with mushrooms (great idea!), sour cream (two containers), and Texas toast. I am going to make it tomorrow, and will try to post a picture too. I know what you are referring to, my husband loves homemade meals too. He also complains that his waistline is growing bigger...lol. Thank you for sharing the picture, and also, the mushrooms are a great addition..love it especially with beef dishes!

Yea Brenda Bea hit it out of the ballpark on this one! It was really really good. My husband was sad that I didn't double it! This coming from a man who is complaining his wasteline is getting bigger! Dah! Wonder why! LOL! Go ahead and make it as you will not be sorry!
