Ahhh! A little lumpy Pumpkin isn't a big mistake. The ingredients were right. They taste great! I would say it all worked out fine. :-)

I read your post but had to get them out in a hurry to find out if they tasted good or not...being that I messed up so many things. I'll do better next time!! I promise!!!

Mine are usually a bit smoother lol! I stick a steak knife in between the crust and pan. I lift them out. What ever works for you Kim is fine!

Can you tell I just pushed them out of the tins from the bottom? LOL...they smell crazy good as well. My kitchen still smells so yummy!
