Once again...I can't leave any stars...but with that said this is a 5 star recipe...I skipped step 4 only because I love chunky sauce...and the sauce is to die for...I did add an extra bit of the half & half to stretch the sauce...so it could cover the noodles...love...love this dish...it's going in my best of 2018 cookbook...made for..."For Your Consideration" tag game...
