Eddie,I am still eating on this roast, It was good. (Leftovers) I hadn't fixed a Roast in sometime. I usually make my gravy seperate, But in this one It makes its own gravy while cooking the Roast too, making this a "NO FAIL GRAVY".
Tho, I was a bit surprised the Photo came out as good as it did, with the red potatoes and carrots and celery. That was a full meal.
Hi Freda, I was just looking at your pictures of your POT ROAST. I know the Roast taste as good as it looks. The way you done toe pictures and recipe it could go in a cookbook.
