Irisa, that looks alot like Jimmy's set up too (his looks much older). Yes it is a labor of love! It's an all day process once we get going. I do a lot of the slicing, dicing and chopping the day before we cook it. And I'm like you, you want to lick the pot it's so good..lol

His gumbo is so good you want to lick the pot ha ha ha...it takes him 3 days to make it...it surely is a labor of love...
