i wanted to give your great recipe a picture. i fixed this about a month ago. i cooked the corned beef in the crock pot with it's packet and added some extra garlic, onion and dry sherry. the last 15 minutes of cooking time i added the cabbage and potatoes. i then deep fried the potatoes in until golden brown...tossed with evoo, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper...sw☺
