Nancy, thank you - so glad this turned out well for you. The dressing sounds good, too - making balls of them to freeze is an excellent idea. I may have to use that myself.

I LOVE THE ""STOVE-TOP" COOKING FOR THIS RECIPE.
With the LEFT-OVER crushed pineapple..
remember I used the juice for your recipe.
I added it to a pkg of cornbread stuffing mix...
cooked in micro wave oven, 6 minutes!
Turned out delicious! See pic.
Now I have LEFT-OVER dressing!!....LOL
SOO .. I will make dressing balls and freeze them..
When I want one to add to my dinner...
I pop one out of the bag,and heat & eat!!
Now is that using left-overs ??? or what!
Grandma taught me right!
