I know you suggested serving these on noodles or rice; but I decided to serve them with mashed potatoes. Hub and I like spuds!
We have left-overs so I may serve them on rice next time. 3/13/13
Made the gravy. Took 6 minutes of constant stirring for it to thicken. Then I added it to the meatballs which I had placed in a 9x13 pan.

My fry pan is a 10" one so I had to do the meatballs in batches. I put 12-14 meatballs in each batch. Made about 36-40 meatballs. I ate a few from the first batch. A cook has to "test" her wares! LOL 3/13/13
