When I was a kid growing up in Minnesota, my NaNa & BaPa (Finnish) always had Pickled Pigs feet, Sardines & Herring in the frig. I loved them all. Love your pictures & recipes Sherri ;)

Hey Sherrie my son in law was in the Marines and from Ohio. He was dating my daughter and one time my husband got him to try them by saiyin it was just some stewed chicking and also my daughter tried them. Now Tim was about to crack his side laughing at the faces of both of them

Chitterlings are the BOMB! I guess it's safe to say you have never tried them either. I have a pic...you wnat to see it? LOL

lol yes every Friday night years ago there was a place that made Chittlings I think is how it is spelled whewwww it was a bad smell but he had to go get them when the 6pm came and people were standing line for that junk , wow you would have thought it was a grand dish of something good.
